Hello,
when i click on “Swift Framework Shortcode” it doesn’t work :(( It open a new windows where is written:

403 Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

What does it mean? Thanks for help…

I am having an issue very close to this. My error message reads “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/themes/flexform/includes/sf_shortcodes/interface.php on this server.”

I just worked with my host, WP Engine for over an hour with no resolution. It works on his end but not mine.

His last was response was “Im sorry, im not seeing anything else that could be off. I spoke with a seniored tech and they would like some more information from the theme developer. Is there any way you can reach out to them and explain that we have it working on our end, and see if they can give us any detailed information on what needs to be configured on our server?”

Can you please assist?
