    Ok, it should be the WordPress defaults: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions.

    What is the contents of your .htaccess file?

    Thanks.

    Any chance we can get the FTP details also?

    Can you please test just the basic .htaccess rules:

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>
    # END WordPress

    Thanks, could I ask you to upgrade to the latest Visual Composer? 4.12 it should be.

    Are you using the version that comes with the theme or do you have your own license key ?

    Thanks.

    Hi

    I thought that got done with the lates theme version. I don’t have a separate license key, only theme one. So I just remove it and upload one from the latest theme version?

    I wonder if the VC 2.11 version is causing the conflict.

    If you backup the old plugin js_composer to a zip file. I can send you a test zip to replace it with.

    Even if I try to use your WP Editor the same error happens.

    – Are you on managed hosting or are you looking after that side of it? Do you have any error logs?

    My teammate tried to login and the FTP timed out on him, are the details still ok to use?

    Thanks.
