Swift Builder not saving content

Hi,

When I use the page builder it works fine. When I click update or publish it will publish the page fine. However, when I go back in to the editor all my settings have been erased (no image present, any options that have been made are gone).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The first image shows me inserting a photo and then clicking save.

When the page reloads the page no longer shows the photo?

Hi,

I tried to replicate it in mine dev version but it’s working fine.
Do you have any sort of cache mechanism in your server? If so try to purge the cache.

Can you try to delete the SwiftFramework plugin and install it again in Appearance-> Install plugins

Let us know the result, if it doesn’t work will need FTP access to debug it on your site.

Hi,

I tried changing the PHP version from 7 to 5.6 and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Can you think of why this would be the case?

The only difference I could find in my user configurable settings for my PHP hosting was “include_path” – would that cause a conflict?

Hi,

unfortunately I have the same issue now. Under certain circumstances I lose all details from rows, icon boxes and so on. This happened multiple times today. In my opinion it happens when I drag around text blocks into rows or out of rows. The issue is hard to replicate because it needs some changes on the site before it takes action.

The strange thing is that I cannot even use older revisions. The issue still remains.

Is there already a solution to this?
