Which Operating System & Browser (with version) are you using? Checked on Chrome & Safari here but couldn’t replicate.

In the first or second widget there you are missing a tag, if you remove the first two footer widgets, the error will go.

Can you validate the HTML you have in the widgets: https://validator.w3.org/
