    Hi,

since the latest updates there have been some issues with one of our websites.
The website is a multi site and includes 9 sites. The live website can be seen on mtd.net and the testing website can be seen on mtd.sporecreation.nl. The testing website has been updated to the latest theme and plugin versions.

Both websites have problems with the Swift pagebuilder. Basically the website seems to display nicely. But upon editing and saving the outer row element the contents (ie. other elements, columns etc) seem to disappear in the backend.

Also, some rows (for example on the homepage) are being stretched to full width instead of in grid.

There are some other issues but I think this is a good starting point, hoping to find a solution.

    Best regards,
    Bram Roos

    Hi,

On the homepage you had the portfolio items set to fullwidth. I removed that, due to recent changes you cannot have a fullwidth item within a Row as the item is already fullwidth itself unless reduced specifically.

Thank you for looking into this!

That leaves the question why the elements in the row disappear upon saving?
This happens particularly in blog items. The content is still visible in the front end but not in the pagebuilder.

Any idea what causes this problem? (See last two images)

    Many thanks!

When you say disappear, you mean you get a totally blank WP Editor? – Just to clarify could you screenshot what you see?

    Thanks.

Correct, first image shows the ‘building blocks’ Row, Column, Text block etc.
After editing one of these elements and updating the page these elements disappear in the backend leaving only the Row (second image). However the content remain visible in the front-end.

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

The row content isn’t gone, the content is collapsed.
If you mouse over the row you will see the expand button.

    Give it a try.
