    Hi!

    The super search doesn’t seem to be working, it will filter products correctly in the category pages but using the dropdown from the top yields a search result of no products found.

    Ok so using the super search from a woocommerce category works fine, the url is displaying all of the correct slugs.
    But when using the super search from the top menu dropdown, it is showing random slugs.

    Not sure if this is the issue, but just something i noticed.

    – What do you mean by random slugs, could you provide an example?

    I have a similar problem here. The Super Search doesn’t work anymore. In detail, the super search tells that no product with the desired properties were found. A while ago, it worked fine. In my opinion I didn’t change any relevance settings, but perhaps you have an advice, what could cause the problem. Thanks in advance.

    thanks for your help. Unfortunately the Personal Shopper doesn’t work further. What did you change already? Is it a settings issue from my side? The strange thing is, that it worked some time before…

    Hi Mohammad,

    the actual issue is, that the Personal Shopper (Super Search?) doesn’t find the desired products, depending on the properties which the products have. Thank you so far…

    Its giving results no found or getting wrong results. Just provide some results page url.

    Regardless of what options you pick in the flavour finder it shows no results found

    As RonyPony said, it shows also on my site, that no results or products were found. At the moment, my site is in maintenance mode. If you want, you can login via the login data you already have. Thanks in advance.
