    Hi,
I’ve been at it for a while now already, but I can’t seem to get this working.

I have two main categories (pro and consumer), underneath these two categories, there are subcategories.

When setting up the filter, the first one shows on the front-end just these two categories, not the subcategories. So somehow it looks like it is only possible to use main categories and not subcategories?

Even so, when I select in the first setting, product category, and followed by several attribute filters, it looks like there are only two filters that are being used by super search. Just the category and the price? So it looks like super search is just ignoring the other filters.

Also when clicking on “personal shopper” at the home page, there is only a large back background visible, no super search 🙁 But when I navigate to any of the other pages, it does show up?

I have read older topics about super search even dated back to september last year, and also tried activating the layered nav and price filter widgets, but that doesn’t make any difference.

I’d like to get this working 100% since this was one of the key features that made be decide to buy the Dante theme.

I am at Dante version 2.14 and Woocommerce 2.1.2

In a private reply I’ll provide the link and login details.

Really strange, but the filters do seem to be working now? I don’t know why they didn’t before, but they seem to be working now.

The only thing that is still not working, is the personal shopper on top of the page, it does work on the page itself, but not in the top header.
(is that maybe the reason why? One on the page itself and one in the header, can’t work on the same time?)

    Thanks

Hi, yep you can only have it once on a page!

    Cheers
