Super search doesn't work

Hello!

I have problems with my super search element, can you help me?

If you want to repeat my problem, I do this.
1. Open my page: http://www.bebedores.com.mx
2. Click “Busqueda personalizada”
3. Choose a word, for example “escuelas”
4. Click “Buscar un bebedero”

and.. nothing happen.

I add a image with the problem (search1). I tried all the methods that you put in this forum like desactived the plugins.

Can you help me?

and my product results appear but also a error message.

I add an image with the error message (error_notice.jpg).

Hi,
Please open to edit wp-config.php file at wordpress root installation.
Find this code:-
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
Change to:-
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
