    Hello,

    Before contacting Woocommerce support (which never answers…), I’d like to be sure it doesn’t come from the theme. I can’t switch the theme to check because the site is live.
    On the URL attached, please click on e-boutique, select one bag, the color, add to cart and see the cart. On the right side, you have Subtotal, shipping and global amount. The global amount is not the addition of the 2 others figures. When you decide to pay, everything is back in order.
    I ask you because I know your theme add some buttons to woocommerce so you see…
    Thanks for your help, Woocommerce drives me crazy.

    Hi,

    That way is difficult to tell. It will only take 2 minutes to activate the default theme, load the cart page and place back the Dante.

    OK I did the test quickly with the basic theme from WordPress (twenty fifteen) and here are the results attached. The problem comes from Dante…

    Not sure what I’ve sent is right because the WP theme works when I’m admin but not as a classic user… and when you go the the payment page and back to the cart, the total is right so maybe my print screen right with Twenty fifteen is due to this. I have to find another theme to run the test.

    ok. sometimes there is cache in those pages.
    Run the tests after clearing the cache.

    I think there’s a bug in the cart, the calcuation is not done but I ticked : calculate shipping fees after the client enters his email adress, because I don’t have time to investigate more 😉

    I don’t know really, I wanted to test with another theme but the site is live, Twenty Fifteen is not woocommerce compatible and I don’t have time to test another theme to check. And the pb is that : if I put the maintenance page to run the test, I do’t manage to reproduce the but being logged in because woocommerce already knows my adress so it works. It only happens when you’re not logged in… Incompatible with maintenance page, u see…

    You must try testing with Woocommerce basic theme Mystile and then let us know.
