Subscribe Option

Not sure whether I am doing anything wrong but I have integrated mailchimp subscribe HTML code in your theme option. The problem is that I am not getting the output as same as the live demo provided in themeforest. I have also attached two screenshots that I think would help you out.

Thank you. Did a little bit modification. Now it is working great.
