Where or what is the correct method to style the woo commerce features like my account login block and create an account etc, al the wishlist icons etc etc? My them does not have a white colour layout and when changing the them colours using the theme settings then the woo features do not change…

You can use firebug to hover over elements and find the css which you can then copy paste to the theme options > custom css and change accordingly.
