Hi!

A thin sticky header with mini-logo and navigation on top of a semi-transparent white background that follows a down scroll on a page would be a very nice addition to Neighborhood. Please see image.

More and more users use smartphones and iPads and we build longer and longer pages to scroll.

Thanx for a great theme!
