Looks like they did something as I can now view the site!

1) Looks like you need to translate your posts to English: http://avanzia.es/wp-admin/edit.php.

2) Click the + icon or the pencil icon to then add the English translation. Once complete it will then show: http://avanzia.es/en/blog/

This is a really a WPML issue so you should post this support query there also.
