Spacing Issue Between Carousels on Home Page

When the page loads, there is a noticeable gap between the product carousels (spacing1.jpg)

When I resize the browser window (ffox) by any amount, the page refreshes and spacing disappears (spacing2.jpg)

Can you confirm me with the URL, because it says connection timeout errors. Also try clearing the cache and try once again.

and make sure the theme is up-to-date.

cache cleared, theme is latest version – no change

Also tried turning off “responsive”, no change

Every person I asked to test sees the gap, so not likely cache issue

you must use the /mark in url to grab a cookie that will allow access

Hi,

Managed to see your site and I see the issue – but the thing is, the theme doesn’t add any CSS for that gap, so it might be coming from a plugin.

Can you please check by disabling plugins one by one, testing each time?
