'Sort by popularity' only shows 5 products

I’m not sure what I’ve clicked but something has gone glitchy….

When I go to my shop only 5 items are showing up (and if I go to ‘For Her’ categories page then only the women ones of those products are showing up). It’s acting as if these are the only product on my site… BUT… if I change the ordering to anything other than ‘Sort by Popularity’ all the products show up again. Help!!

Hi,

This can be a plugin conflict. Try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce and try again.

I’m starting to think the products appearing in it might be my recently clicked on, or recently edited ones. Does that help?

Hiya,

Yep – I’ve managed to change the default sort setting to ‘average rating’ so it works as long as no one chooses to sort by ‘most popular’. Perhaps I could just delete that option if you know how?
