    I have this problem that sometime when I open up a text edit for a text block, my tools are gone. See attached screen.

    Hi,

    Which version of pinpoint you have, and in which scenario it occurs like in a new page or already edited page something like that, is the tools coming back when you click text and coming back to Visual mode? Make sure that is not done by any plugin.

    Hello Laranz – you work support on several sites? 🙂

    Got the latest version.
    It mostly happens on pages already published. The tools are coming back when I just cancel the swift editor, updates the page and try again.

    Hi, if you experience this issue on a page I recommend trashing the page and copying the content to a newly created page. Cheers
