    Dear Friends, I have a problem with the social icons (profiles) I cant save anything in the social profiles section. I can do anything with the social profiles in the top bar (on the right). I have made all the lugins off but it did not work. So what should I do now? Thank You for your answer.

    Hi,

    I tried and it also happens to me. Can you try to deactivate all plugins and try again?
    If that doesn’t work, look in your server logs for any specific error.

    hm unfortunately plugins off and on dont help. How can I look in the server logs, please tell me how to do it. Regards, hubert

    I need FTP login detail to inspect this issue. May i change style.css file of theme? Have you made any changes in this file?

    Hi there,

    This is likely down to something in your theme options breaking the social profiles (as they are one of the last to save).

    If you export your theme options, and then reset the options, you should be able to save the social profiles. Check through and remove any custom code to see if thats the cause.
