Smooth Scroll/Row ID bug

Hey,

I have run into a smooth scroll/Row ID bug.

Check out this brief screencast (watch in 720p) I made to highlight the issue:

As you can see in that video, I setup an icon box and created an anchor link to the ID contact_form. I then set the row ID further down to the page to the same ID contact_form.

The issue as you can see in the video is that the link scrolls down too far – instead of scrolling to the top of the row, or just above the ‘Contact Us’ title, it scrolls down to where the gravity form is, which is too far.

How do I resolve this?
