Dear Support Team,
the smooth scroll from the main menu to the right point ion the one pager is not stopping correctly,
there is always a border on top, where you can still see the point from before.like for example:
“Über Twinkle”: you can still see the slider moving on the home
“unser Spektrum”: there would be still a part of the parallax effect that is not working yet..
e.g.Is it possible that it stops, where the new menu point starts, so that the row is attached directly to the header?
And if yes, how to fix that? Thanks in advance,

Does that happen when you are logged out also?
Please also update the parent theme: http://s390235025.online.de/wp_new/wp-admin/themes.php
August 2, 2016 at 10:47 am #285432Theme is already updated , but the smooth scroll is still not stopping exactly. But the error is just happening when clicking “Über Twinkle” for the first time…
Can you please check?
Thanks,

If you remove that and dave the options, when you re-test it works as expected.
Thanks.
August 12, 2016 at 8:34 pm #287238ok, and what’s the part in the custom-css that‘s causing this?
Many Thanks,
KatrinAugust 15, 2016 at 6:52 pm #287510Apologies for being vague, when I tested it I removed your CSS and that seemed to resolve it. You have a lot of custom CSS so I am not sure if it was an error or a misc CSS rule.
I also see you have two Row’s named the same:
I’d remove the naming from the one you don’t need as this must be unique for each Row and you must not have duplicates.
August 15, 2016 at 7:43 pm #287530it seems to work now. but how could this happen with doubled row names? i have duplicated a row, to define visual for desktop and visuals for tablet and iphone… hmm
August 16, 2016 at 4:49 pm #287696Row must not share the same ID’s if you want to use the scroll to feature, glad you got it sorted.
Thanks
August 16, 2016 at 7:47 pm #287727now, we seem to have the same issue again. i am finalizing the website for mobile application and therefore i have rows for desktop and rows for mobile applications.
To have a working menu on my one pager, the rows seem to have the same ID‘s, right? so what is causinf this issue right now?many thanks,
KatrinAugust 18, 2016 at 10:19 am #288011Hi,
Each Row must only have a unique ID, to Row’s must not have the same ID.
Thanks.
August 18, 2016 at 1:44 pm #288096But how can i then between my Menu and the rows? i have Duplicated rows to have optimized results for mobile and desktop Versions, but it is only possible to have one id in the Main menu?
August 18, 2016 at 1:57 pm #288100Do not duplicate the rows if you wish to have the same content within them for mobile/desktop.
Only duplicate the elements with the Row. Row’s must be uniquely named.
Thanks.
