    Hi,

    My client has been complaining off slow loading on their website. I have installed the suggested cache pluggin as suggested on this forum, but it is still very slow. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Speed results here: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/bcbQ5Z/http://graphtecgb.co/ I wouldn’t say 4 seconds is slow if you’re using a standard hosting, for e.g a shared plan. You’re only got to get 1-2 second speed with hosting like WP Engine.

    The yellow part of the bars is when the web browser is waiting for data from the server

    Hi,

    The site was fast for me. Isn’t it for you?
    Try to clear the cache.

    If it loads fast on our computers than it also should on others depending on the computer performance itself.

    Hi @joeyw

    Hmm, doesn’t seem great from their end. Usually hear good things about bluehost, but they are a shared host, so the performance can be sub-par. How many plugins do you have active? Do you mind if we install some debug plugins?
