    I forgot to ask you , is there any banner or notification ( like 3 columns ) on very top of the home page to do annoucement like
    SALE.. Free Shipping over 100.00 ect .. any announcement for customer when they come to the website

    Yes, this is called the global banner section, you can enable it in the theme options, and add the widgets to it in Appearance > Widgets
