Slider Revolution Image Layer with a shortcode command link

I need to create an image layer that has a link and the link must be a shortcode command, it’s possible?

I have already check the documentation but without find the answer.
I have also contacted themepunch that invited me to contact the theme developer (you) that offer slider revolution within the theme.

I need to create a simple layer image with a link like explained here:

but with a shortcode

It’s possible but it requires a lot of programming that’s outside of our support scope.
Probably better to hire a freelancer.
