    hi guys,

    i’ve updated the theme and have reuploaded all files. though the slider isn’t working for me, when i upload the demo content for the revolutionary slider it doesn’t appear. what’s the file i’m meant to import for the demo content for the slider? & are there any other settings I should configure?

    Hey,

    Are you sure your slider alias is correct (only letters) and that you’re using the correct alias on the page where you want it to show up?

    Sorry I’m having loads of trouble with this theme just trying to have the content imported.

    Are you able to do this for me please as I’m by no means a designer and I’ve followed your instructions along with the documentation.

    Can you please advise if you’re able to fix what’s missing in the theme for me?

    When I want to edit a page it comes up with this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/tunnelvi/public_html/wp-content/themes/flexform/includes/meta-box/inc/fields/image-advanced.php on line 19

    Looks like you’ve got a corrupt theme install, some parts may be not working – can you please try and re-install the theme?

    I’ve re-installed the theme more than 4 times both through wordpress and cpanel, following documentation and our previous thread of how to install demo content and there’s no luck.

    Can you please advise if you’re able to do this as I can’t use the theme at all and I’m just trying to have it uploaded for my business.

    Hey there,
    I’d need your FTP login details please!
    Those would be the login details you use to access your server directly via Filezilla for example.

    Let me know if you can provide those!

    Your server address, you should find your ftp login details in your cPanel.
