I imported all demo content according to the documentation, however the navigation in revolution slider seems to be off (see screenshot – it’s misplaced to the left) and it’s also not the navigation arrows from the demo content. How can I get the navigation arrows from your “corporate home” demo (no dots at the bottom and different arrows)?

    Hi,

Please edit the Rev Slider’ settings for you slideshow and look to change:

    1) Navigation => Arrows => Enable Arrows => On
    2) Navigation => Arrows => Arrows Style => No Style

If you experience any issues, please add a WP login and URL.

    Thanks.

PS: Now I got the right arrow style, however the position is still off, they are both too far on the left side, at least the right one is: http://i.imgur.com/TJwavkj.jpg Where can I adjust/fix that?

You can adjust that in the same settings panel. Left Arrow Position => Horizontal Offset => 35px.

    Thanks,
    David

Thanks again, that helped. I had to select a 35px horizontal offset on the left and 0px on the right. I don’t see this on your demo site though, so I assume there is something wrong with my slider, like its focus is too far on the left. Will have to test this with different screen sizes to make sure this workaround is safe, although I’d prefer having it exactly the way it’s on your demo site.

    Hi,

It will take a couple of tweaks in the Rev’ Slider settings, however I suspect the demo site is a couple of update behind the the latest Rev’ Slider releases hence the differences.

    Thanks,
    David.

    David,

ok I see, I assumed you always keep it up to date. Would be nice to have your hints regarding the sliders in the documentation so people are able to replicate your demo 1:1. Although I wonder if it’s all just slider settings, why the imported slider has them wrong. I noticed one or two further issues, like I had to adjust the text location for smaller screen sizes (homeslider of corporate home), although that was easy to figure out and fix. However the other settings might not be as easy to find/guess for people that are not familar with rev slider.

Thanks for the feedback, we’ll add it to the list to improve those docs.

    Cheers,
    – David.
