    I have been having problems getting my slider to show up for both internet explorer and Google Chrome. Rather than showing the slider, it says: rev_slider Green. Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks!

    Please install and activate the Revolution Slider Plugin to resolve the issue.

    I’ve tried to download the latest Revolution Slider plug in from the Swift Ideas forum, but when I upload it to the site I constantly get a “plugin install failed” error message. Please advise.

    Have you removed the folder from wp-content/plugins before you upload?

    Hi,

    First you have to delete the revslider directory that is inside the wp-content/plugins.
    After that try to upload again the revslider.

    You also have an update button option inside the RevSlider settings.

    When I go to my plugins it says the revolution slider was deleted automatically so there is nothing to update. where can I go to access the wp-content/plugins and ensure it is deleted from there also?

    You need to use FTP to access the files on your server or cPanel if your hosting includes it

    That corrected it. Unfortunately all of my previous images / fonts did not come through. Do you know how tor restore these to the same format? Thanks!

    You need to create revolution slider again. If you have backup of last slider then you can import.
