    Hi,

I am trying to optimise the site speed which appears to be quite poor at the moment and focused on the image size for a while now.
It looks like the product pages call the full size images rather than the thumbnail or catalog image size automatically created when uploading an image. Also it looks like thumbnails are no longer being automatically generated which I don’t understand why at this stage.

Could you please assist me on this. See a couple of screenshots for reference.

    Thanks,

    Frank

    Hi

That’s odd, should be working fine. Please provide me with a link and login so I can check.

You need to update the theme and woocommerce

    Hi Kyle,

I just did that but it did not change the issue as to which image is selected for thumbnails and catalog views. It still uses the full resolution image uploaded (1000px x 1000px or 1500 x 1500) and not the one that WordPress creates when uploading an image (90×90 for thumbnails…).

Can you try use the regenerate thumbnails plugin to see if that fixes the issue?
