    Hi, my website is not loading on iphone, it loads the circles forever, btw I can’t see any errors,
    can you help me?

    Can you clear your iPhone Safari cache?

    Please also add your FTP details if the above does not work.

    Hi David I’ve cleaned the cache but I still get stuck on loading.
    I can not provide FTP, if you are looking for any particular file I can send it to you…

    Hi,

    – Please disable all your plugins, leaving only Swift Framework active. – Clear your phone cache and re-test.
    – What theme version are you using? Please check this is updated.

    Lastly please contact your host and ask them to supply you with your site error logs, please attach them here.
