    After uninstalling via FTP, I installed through the “Install Plugins” wp page, and got version 2.2.0 to install, which seems to have solved the problem.

    Thanks, is it possible the original problem was not having an update? I didn’t think that would cause display problems.

    probably was due to the problems that arise with the WordPress 4.5 update. Then we released this latest version to fix those issues.
