Site Map displayed when there are no "search results" – Security Risk

When you search for something on the site and the page you are looking for is not found it displays the entire website’s site map. This is something I need to disable straight away. I turned off all “super search” functionality but that did not disable this … how can I turn this off?

Example: http://www.5nine.com/?s=Vlabs+

Another way you can get to files/pages that I do not want enabled is this format:

That a default from WordPress. You can add the code below to the custom css option to hide it.

.no-results-text {
 display:none!important;
}
