    Hi,

If you are not using Font Deck, please select “Standard”.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
I have changed the setting Font Deck to Standard.
and re-check Pingdom website, the result seems to turned out even slower to 89% slower than other website.

    What can I do?

    Hi,

Well guess 10seconds are being lost just to solve the site dns.

    These usually takes around 300ms.

Maybe some redirections between the http://www.kysan.com.sg/ and http://kysan.com.sg/
Check this with your hosting support to see what they say.

    Hi Rui,

We have check with our hosting company,if the slow loading of website is due to server load, the result check was normal. So it is not related to the server load.

Please let us know what can we do to make the website speed better performances?

    thanks,
    kye

Apologize but didn’t understand your explanation about those initial 10 seconds, that’s just not normal.
Can you provide me admin access to have a look at your site?

The shop page was on draft status, I had to changed to published so it can be assigned in Woocommerce settings. Now looks ok.

Just realize that your WordPress memory settings are a bit low.
You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file

Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.

Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

I also removed the fontdeck js code that was still in the font options, besides that Revolution Slider should be updated to the latest version.
