    Hello,

As of 2 days ago whenever I am not logged into wordpress as administrator my site shows up in maintenance mode (which I did not purposely set it to). I contacted my host and they informed me that the issue is due to the Atelier Theme (if I switch it to another theme, the site functions). They said the following…

“It seems that the theme is not quite compatible with your site configuration and I suggest to either use another theme or contact its developer as they should be able to tell you why the theme enters in maintenance mode whenever active.”

Would you be able to tell me why the theme enter into maintenance mode? I recently updated all the themes and necessary plugins as well.

    Best,
    Rachel

    Hi,
Please go to Admin > Theme Options > Maintenance Mode > Enable Maintenance > Just Disable it.
    Thanks

I must have accidentally placed it on maintenance mode while I was playing around with the settings. I switched the maintenance mode to off but my site still shows “under maintenance” after I cleared my cache. Does it take some time to reset?

    Rachel

    Hi Rachel,

You site is not in maintenance mode any longer.

After making any changes always flush your caching plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi David,

It is working now – thanks! The only thing that isn’t showing up now is my footer widget which includes a revolution slider. Any idea as to why just that part isn’t showing up?

    Best,
    Rachel

Your Slide Footer looks to be loading? It’s a replica of the footer?

    Thanks.
