    Dear Atelier team

    I just updated my theme and the site seems to be down with the following message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function sf_gopricing_list() in /home/content/27/11264927/html/uptostyle.hu/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/gopricing.php on line 62

    Can you help me please

    Hi,
    Please download the latest version of theme from your themeforest account and upgrade through FTP software because some files still missing. And make sure that all required plugins should be activated.

    so i have to manually updated the theme?

    to do that after downloadin the theme i just have to upload it on ftp replacing all the files?

    So in this case all modifications and data will remain?

    okay it seems to work now. I do not know what went wrong when i updated the theme..

    what i did is just renamed the theme folder to atelier_old
    and uploaded the new version.

    Was it an okay way of updating it ?

    Hi,
    Sometimes automatic upgrade missed some files that cause to crash. So we suggest to upgrade manually.

    For other users browsing the Atelier support section 😉

    I had a similar error:

    Notice: Undefined variable: description in /var/www/vhosts/patipada.nl/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/atelier/swift-framework/sf-megamenu/alt_menu_custom_walker.php on line 54

    Also fixed this error by downloading the latest version at Themeforest and uploading this manually to my ftp theme folder.
