Sidebar showing (meta and recent posts)

Hi,
thank you for making our life easy by developing this awesome theme, please help me with configuring the sidebar, i am sure it is something simple but i can’t seem to find that how to fix it:

1- how to remove recent posts and meta from the sidebar?
2- if I add further categories or child categories, how can i show them as left sidebar?
3- In theme options we can choose from a variety of sidebars, is there anyway to preview them before applying, enabling us to plan instead of going back and forth?

Hi,
1- how to remove recent posts and meta from the sidebar?
Please go to Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Sidebar -> Here you can remove all desire widget .

2- if I add further categories or child categories, how can i show them as left sidebar?
Please go to Admin -> -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Woo commerce Sidebar -> Here you can drop woo commerce widgets .

3- In theme options we can choose from a variety of sidebars, is there anyway to preview them before applying, enabling us to plan instead of going back and forth?
