The sidebar-progress-menu seems to have a bounce/ ease out transition when activated – the row instead of aligning with the top of the page, moves to the top and then eases down about 20 pixels.

The one page nav circles when activated simply zap straight to the top of the page as they should.

Why the different approach? I’d like to use the sidebar-progress-menu but don’t want the padding.
