    Please see attached screenshot.

This has only recently happened. I had my site set up and working fine, with the highlighted content on the attached image positioned on the right-sidebar.

I updated a link on my page, and now the sidebar has moved down.

    Please help! Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Make sure you don’t have any none closing html tags in your latest updated content.

Can you give a link to the page? So we can investigate it..

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

Please update the theme first, you’re using a very old version. Next, check what HTML you’re adding in the footer widgets; right now, the footer is overlapping your page because something’s not right in it, making any link on your page not work.

    Regards,

OK. Will back everything up and try updating the theme- What is the best recommended way to back up and upgrade the theme without losing all changes made?

    Thanks!

I have updated my theme. I am unsure what you mean by ‘Check the HTML you’re adding in the footer widgets…’ to my knowledge I haven’t added any special/Custom HTML formatting to my page. Please advise…

    Thanks!

The sidebar issue is a problem with all pages I attempt to put a sidebar on. Below is a hyperlink to the frontpage of my site where I just tried to add a right sidebar…

The sidebar issue also affects the hyperlinks of my pages.

    See attached screenshots.

On my dashboard, my links are active and working. On the front-end, this is not the case. The links are not recognized.

This is only an issue where I am attempting to have sidebars- my ‘homepage’ and ‘costumebank’ pages

    Hi,

Can you sent us the Login Details using this “Set as private reply” as ticked below?

I will checked it out, what you are doing wrong.

Right now, the footer text you add cover all over the place, so the links are clickable.

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

You are creating the page a wrong way.

You want that menu in 1/4 and the other content 3/4? And then the sidebar right?

Let me know, what you got.

    Thanks,
    laranz.

Switch to Text mode of your homepage edit view and you will see that you have a ton of html tags added to the content. As I took out all of your content and only wrote “test” in it, the sidebar worked fine. That means that the content of your site is malformed in some way so it destroys the layout of the sidebar.

I recommend going through the code and removing the tags you don’t need. I removed a bunch of divs and h3s which were empty but that didn’t suffice. Please try to keep your code as simple as possible.

    All the best
