Hello,
I added 4 filters in a sidebar (sidebar 2, I also tried with the woocommerce sidebar).
However the filters on one attribute (brand) + filter on price are not displayed eventhough there are products with price and the Brand attribute. Please check this page: http://vatelhome.com/dinnerware/tabletop/dinnerware-page/
Please find enclosed screenshot + details on the configuration done. Thanks a lot for your help.

WooCommerce widgets only work on woocommerce pages, this is not a woocommerce page.

April 9, 2014 at 9:59 am #65610Hi Kyle,
Thanks for the reply.
Are the sidebars (one, two, etc) also woocommerce widgets ?How can I get Woocommerce pages then..?
Thank you.
April 9, 2014 at 10:03 am #65612You need to use the woocommerce pages, so set your main shop page in WooCommerce > Products, this page should be blank when you create it. Your products will be added when you assign it as the shop page.
The widgets will work on your shop page, products pages (if set) and category pages.

Is there a pluggin I must download in addition to the Neighborhood template?April 9, 2014 at 12:32 pm #65660I can see that you do have WooCommerce installed?

April 9, 2014 at 2:02 pm #65694I had WooCommerce from the Neighborhood template. I did not download it separately.
I don’t have any “WooCommerce product” or “WooCommerce page”. Please see in the screenshot enclosed the content of the WooCommerce menu.
Thanks KyleApril 9, 2014 at 2:15 pm #65700You are confusing me.
Are you using products on your website or not?
In your first comment you said:
However the filters on one attribute (brand) + filter on price are not displayed eventhough there are products with price and the Brand attribute.
and now you are saying you don’t use products?

April 9, 2014 at 2:52 pm #65729Hi Kyle,
Of course I use products on my website.
You mentioned “WooCommerce” Products and “WooCommerce” Pages.
I don’t see such links on my admin menu: I have only “Products” and “Pages” as you can see on my screenshots.
My question is how can I add those “WooCommerce” Products/Pages in order to create a Shop page displaying my products and a sidebar (filtering on brands)…April 9, 2014 at 3:00 pm #65733You sent me a screenshot with woocommerce in your wordpress menu, the products are woocommerce products. Click the products button and add products, then in your WooCommerce settings under the products tab and assign your shop page as the shop.

April 9, 2014 at 3:40 pm #65753Sorry Kyle, I also tried that, but still no sidebar displayed:
See attached the config done on the Shop Page (add sidebar two in Shop page)
April 10, 2014 at 7:30 am #65846For the WooCommerce sidebar you need to go to Theme Options > WooCommerce options and chose the sidebar there.

April 18, 2014 at 6:55 am #68255Hello,
I resolved the issue:
Themes options > woo commerce options > set woo commerce sidebar config = left and configure the sidebar # for sidebar right and/or leftApril 18, 2014 at 9:02 am #68271Hi,

Thanks 🙂
