    Hi,

    I tried to click on the shortcodes menu button in the classic editor, but what i got is not the list of the shortcodes that i can use, but it direct me to 404 error page, please check the attachment

    Can you see if you have any console errors? Sounds like the /includes/swift-framework/sf-shortcodes/ folder may not have the correct permissions (755).

    Try opening the file /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js and deleting the line
    //@ sourceMappingURL=jquery-1.10.2.min.map
    completely.

    Hi,
    your console throws a 500 server error, that means there’s a misconfiguration on your server going on. It’s a pretty general description, so if you could get the error logs from your hosting company and see which error exactly causes this, that would be best.
