I got this message everytime I clicked on the shortcode button

CGI Execution Error

Just sounds like the file is set to 777 permission. Can you grab the error log from your hosting company and send us the exact error that is printed? That would help!

As I mentioned, you can ask your hosting company for it, they will know what to do.
