Shortcode Generator not working

Can’t seem to get the shortcode generator to work. It hasn’t been working for the last couple of months.

the newsletter is the mailchimp code added to Theme Options > Newsletter / subscribe options

Both staging and our standard server gets the error when entering a shortcode

I’ve added a Text Block at the bottom of this page and tried to add a Shortcode (same issue)

Can you check the content and the permissions on this file? It should around 938 lines. Send us inside a zip file

Didn’t found any error in the javascritp console.

Can we install Solid Code Editor to see the content of the file interface.php?

We are looking to change our site to Atelier this evening, could we look to solve this later in the week?

In the mean time is it possible to get the shortcode for social icons.
