    Hello

I am using Atelier theme and decided to add some nice icon box via swift framework shortcodes, but when I click it, I have this message:

Warning: require_once(\wp-load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wp-content/themes/atelier/swift-framework/shortcodes/config.php on line 26

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘\wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php/pear5′) in /wp-content/themes/atelier/swift-framework/shortcodes/config.php on line 26

    Any advice?

    Hi,

Can you activate the WP_DEBUG inside your wp-config.php?
Probably we will also need ftp access.

Is this a live production site already?

    Thanks for response!

Well, I added that line in wp-config.php “define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);” but don’t know where to find logs about this particular error. I am new in this.
About that ftp access, is it standard practice? I mean, providing all my server data, including password.
Dont’t get me wrong, it is my first situation like this. If that is necessary I will cooperate naturally.

Now it seems there is an empty line inside the wp-config.php

We only ask for FTP access in a very small percentage of our topics, in this case I don’t see any other way to figure that out without FTP access.

Better to create a specific user for us instead of giving the credentials of your main user.
Then set the reply has private reply, so that only our support team can see that reply.

    Thanks

    Hi,

It seems that there is something wrong with your WordPress install.
Try to upload again the WordPress files.

Thanks for the quick reply Rui.

I’m using the Mark Jaquith config https://github.com/markjaquith/WordPress-Skeleton. So WP is installed in a subfolder

Yes, but something is wrong with the install the wp-load.php is a file from the WordPress core that seems to be missing.
