Shortcode and media issue

Hi,

Very nice theme!

But we encounter two problems :

– The page builder doesn’t let us access to the “shortcodes” section. We can only view them in “Posts”, and even there, they are not working. We can set the shortcodes options, but nothing happens after validation of the shortcode.

– Moreover, we can’t add media in a textblock. Annoying too.

Can you confirm that you have updated to the latest version of the theme and wordpress?

If so then it is likely to be a plugin issue

Hi,

I can confirm you that i’m using the last version of wordpress, and I downloaded your theme on 12th May 2014.

For your information, I renamed the main theme and the theme-child folder (but they globally work), could it be a reason for this issue ?

Did you just rename the folder? Or actually rename the them in the style.css file?

I renamed the folder, and also in the style.css.

I just saw that there was an update for the theme, should it do the trick ?

You shouldn’t change the name of the theme in the style.css file, yes update it, but leave it as flexform. Feel free to change the folder name but not the style.css name

Oh ok,

So let me recap :
– Main theme – with a renamed folder – original informations in css
– Child-theme – with a renamed folder – original informations in css

Is that correct ?

But if I rename these folders without update it in style.css how will the child-theme “get” the right folder if it differs from what’s in child-theme’s style.css (i.e.: /flexform/style.css) ?

Also, I’ve made a test : installed original files of the theme and child-theme : issues remain.

Shortcodes still not working in visual editor, still can’t add a picture..

I just have Wp-optimize, Contact form 7 , Revslider and Breadcrumb NavXT installed.
