    Hello,

    Since I updated to the latest version of WP when I click the swift framework shortcodes the dialog box comes up and I fill out the options like always then after pressing insert shortcode nothing is inserted and the dialog box remains open…

    How to fix? Thanks

    Hi,
    Please deactivate plugin one by one and check for issue. Any plugin may conflict and let me know your feedback.

    I am running the latest version of the theme on my local instal of that website and the problem I described is the same, so the theme version is not the problem and updating the theme is not the solution.

    Hi,
    At my local , everything works perfect. I have latest wordpress with latest theme installed. You are not upgrading your live site so i am not able to debug this issue .

    Hello,

    so is it possible to get the codes? or how can I resolve this problem? I’ve just disactivated and activated the plugins and the problem is still exist… 🙁

    Hey guys,

    Which shortcode are you trying to insert? I’ve tested this here, and it works 100%. I can only assume this must be a plugin conflict @henriett


    @ASBG     – The TinyMCE version changed with the latest WordPress update (3.9), and you will need to update to the latest version as we had to upgrade the code to work with the new update.
