Shopping processo issues

Hi there.

We have a serious problem here with the buying process. Just not working. I’ll describe the steps the best I can.

Situation 1: Buy without login first

Step 1. Choose product to buy
Step 2. Proceed to payment
Step 3. Login
Step 4. logged in successfully but the buying list just disappears (Result: Client lost = me loose my job)
Step 5. Go back to shop to buy again
Step 6. The result is to be logged off and start all over again

Situation 2: Buy with login first

Step 1. Login
Step 2. Choose products
Step 3. Go to payment
Step 4. Out of the shop. Need to start all over again

Hi.

Just an UPDATE.

If I change the client profile to ADMINISTRATOR, averything goes well.

But I can’t change all my clients profiles to administrators.

Or I’m missing something here in my settings or I have a very serious problem, and we’re about to lunch the shop.
