shop_order_status returning no values

I’m using this theme with WPML and WooCommerce.

However, the following query get_terms('shop_order_status'); is returning no results. This should be returning the WooCommerce order statuses (processing, completed, cancelled, etc).

It seems to start working when you turn WPML off. So there could be some problem with the integration.

I have already raised this issue with WPML and they are struggling to solve the problem.

I have used WPML and WooCommerce with another theme and there is no problem. Therefore I am starting to think it could be a problem with the Neighborhood theme?

can you by any chance contact the plugin developers about this problem?
There is a massive amount of plugins out there on the market. Each and every one is created by a different developer who uses their own techniques and code.
When an issue arises, we will certainly try to do what we can to fix it though. The best thing to do first is to report the issue to the plugin developer because they know their own code better than we do. Let us know what the plugin developer reports back and we will see what can be done!
