Shop products not displaying after update

Hello,

I have just installed a theme update and I now have whitespace where the product should be (displaying page builder asset title only)

I have checked on an alternative browser so I assume its not a cache issue.

Your posting in the Nota forum. This is the Atelier theme you are running.

Could you enable Twenty17, does this persist on the shop page? This is not something I can replicate on my test site.

Hi David,

I have just tried Twenty17 and the products load fine.

Sorry, yes the theme is Atelier, but theme support has expired. I clearly need help as [what appears to be] a consequence of a theme update problem.

The shop products show in T17 – however the JS errors are still there, and that is the cause of the problem.

I’ve added CSS to force the products to show, but you should still take up this issue with your web host, as the products will not be aligned correctly when there is a JS error from WooCommerce on your site. It looks to be something with the MIME types for the cookie js file, your host should be able to resolve this for you – this is not a theme issue.
