Recently I have noticed that pages where I added a Swift Page Builder element for Shop Products is showing the 4th product on the line below rather than 4 products in a line as expected. Settings, no carousel, mini, 4 products. What’s the issue?
http://digitaldevotee.com/boogie/?portfolio=the-night-market (not showing correctly)
http://digitaldevotee.com/boogie/collections/the-night-market/ (showing correctly – settings: standard, carousel 8 products)If I set no carousel, standard 4 products, the portfolio shows 2 rows of 2 products.
If I set the same as collection: carousel, standard, 8 products – I get one item visible at full page width. How can I get my portfolio Shop Product to look the same as my “collection” page above?

February 7, 2014 at 10:15 am #47269Hi Melanie – I don’t know what you mean…it’s a whole long page. Did you just not scroll down to see the product part near the footer???
February 12, 2014 at 2:01 pm #48300Hi there,
Looks like you are using a different asset in the portfolio page? Looks like it’s set to an incorrect setting? Can you check what you have set in the backend for these?

February 13, 2014 at 7:27 am #48480Hi Ed. I don’t understand. I think I already supplied my settings above: no carousel, mini, 4 products. What’s the issue? It’s the same asset at on the “collections”.
FYI I have not updated the theme to the most recent version because there seems to be too many bugs right now. Will wait until next week.
February 13, 2014 at 1:38 pm #48667Remove the mini option and check that?
The update we drop tonight should fix the last of the issues.

February 18, 2014 at 8:31 am #49856Thanks Ed. Whatever you did didn’t change anything before or after the update. Check again that http://digitaldevotee.com/boogie/?portfolio=the-night-market still doesn’t show 4 products in a row. Whether I use mini or not. I want to to display exactly the way http://digitaldevotee.com/boogie/collections/the-night-market/ does. Please help.
February 18, 2014 at 10:28 am #49912How did you update? Looks like there is still an update available in your dashboard.
Check now, I fixed it again.

February 19, 2014 at 5:25 am #50122Thanks it is looking good now. I updated the theme via the WP dashboard as I couldn’t find any instructions in the forum or documentation. Everything seems to be going well except the WooCommerce message I have “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files” for which I have opened another ticket. The only update available was for Contact form and I’ve updated it.
February 19, 2014 at 2:43 pm #50270Those issues were fixed in the v1.65 update 🙂
