    Hello again

I am now nearing the finish of my website and am now testing it throughout different web browsers and have encountered a problem.

I used a custom code (from yourselves) to make it so the shop products reel didnt allow you to click on it to access the product. This worked whilst i was working on it on firefox yet it doesnt work in internet explorer any chance you could help me out?

    Thanks
    Ryan

Ahh unfortunately pointer-events are not supported in IE. I will have to forward this to the developer to see if there is another work around

Please can you contact WooCommerce support first? They may know an easy solution seeing as it’s their functionality

Did you contact WooCommerce support? I’ve never known them to not reply to someone.

I will forward this to the developer for you but not sure if it’s something we can control via the theme itself

    Hi Ryan,

Unfortunately this would need either custom JS code to stop the click from going through, or template changes to remove the link. Unfortunately not something we are able to offer. I’d suggest getting a quote from any of the following resources:

    https://codeable.io

    Home

    http://www.microlancer.com

They should be able to offer the change for a reasonable amount.
