Shop page title not showing even though ticket and updated

Please make sure that you have set your page as the product archive page in WooCommerce Settings under the Product tab

Hi Kyle, I’ve done this (otherwise there would no products displayed…), global theme meta options are set to “Default Show Page Heading”, and the shops page meta option is set to “Show the page title at the top of the page.”….

The issue is that you have this custom css in your child theme css file:

.archive .page-heading {
  display: none;
}

as the shop page has the archive class, this is causing the page heading to not display

Hi Kyle, thanks for checking this. I remember disabling this class to actually hide the woocommerce message “Showing all xxx products” on top of the products on the shop page. But it proved to be wrong… Now the headline is back, thanks:)
