Shop page is not working since WooCommerce 2.6.4

Hi,

I have a really annoying issue since WooCommerce 2.6.4 and theme 2.3.0 update, my shop page isn’t working anymore. I only have a white screen but can’t see any product anymore. When I mouse over items on page I can see links of products but can’t click on it anymore. Also, the admin bar isn’t clickable anymore? wondering if isn’t a JS conflict or something like that.

Any idea of from what this issue coming from?

Please upgrade the theme and plugin http://anatole.freshvibez.fr/wp-admin/update-core.php after that check for issue.

Wordpress core, Woocommerce and Atelier theme are totally updated and that’s after update that my issues appeared.

What can i do?

Its still showing the message to upgrade the Atelier theme at http://anatole.freshvibez.fr/wp-admin/update-core.php.

It’s because i’ve customized a lot the theme and changed some things in the style.css but it is the 2.3.0 version, i’m 120% sure. i’ve downloaded the new version and installed the new files 5 days ago.

So how i can fix this please? Did you check the website with the credentials i sent you this morning?

Your child theme has a lot of outdated files http://d.pr/i/16I21/5BTcQeGT, you need to replace them with the ones from the parent theme and remake your changes

did the changes and updated all files but it ain’t changing nothing…

Ahh, your PHP version on mySQL version are out of date: http://d.pr/i/1e2yV/z0uns3uX please ask your hosting providers to update them for you

I changed my php version but i just called my hosting provider and they told me i couldn’t upgrade my SQL version to 5.6.

Is that sql version can be the cause of this issue? It would be really strange…

Can you try deactivating all of your plugins apart from swift framework and woocommerce to see if that fixes the issue?

I actually already tried this work around and didn’t do anything at all i’m afraid…
