    Hello, since last update my shop page does not display correctly, this page (http://www.plusdepulls.com/categorie-produit/collection-ete/) but my winter page display correctly (http://www.plusdepulls.com/categorie-produit/collection-hiver/).

    Can you help me?

    Did you copy the files to the child theme directory or replace the ones from the parent theme?

    You also need to purge the cache from your cache plugin.

    I have copied in the child theme and i have also purge the cache, i feel that when i change my child theme nothing change.

    Then my problem is always there.

    Hi,

    Apologize, I wasn’t around in Friday.

    Also avoid posting too many comments on the topic because it will go down in our list (we work from the latest topic to the most recent) so that’s why my colleagues probably didn’t assist you on Friday.

    I checked you child theme files through the WordPress admin area and i can’t see there the header.php and the header-alt.php

    Can you provide me ftp access so I can sort it out?

    Hi,

    Please check again, already upload correctly the files to the child theme.
    Also your plugin WP Rocket was chaching an older version.
